I must have signed up for auto ship because suddenly another set of these was being shipped to me. I don’t want them. I tried to email and stop the shipment but no one responded and then they arrived. So quick shipping is nice I guess, but I really don’t want these and don’t want this to happen again. Please cancel my auto ship if I set that up!

Yesterday, I received my new shipment of EcoBrushEarth, just in time for the switch! These brushes last well into two months (and may even last three?), are pretty on the bathroom counter, and are better for the earth. Their packaging is also completely recyclable, made entirely of carboard. We tried them on "a fluke" but quickly found them to be a good fit for our family. We are now on a automatic refill schedule so I never need to think about adding toothbrushes to the shopping list.

We have ordered both the soft brittle and the medium brittle -- we love them both! The medium has a little smaller brush size but works great.
We appreciate the different colors, it makes it easy for us to know whose whose and brightens up our bathroom sink counter top :-)

I really like these toothbrushes. I have bought other types before and the bristles are really soft. My only downside to this specific toothbrush is that there isn’t much of a surface area. Brushing my teeth are fine but when I try to brush my cheek, there is little surface area of the brush.

I got a pack of 10 assorted colors for my family. I have a 5 year old and a 3 year old, and tho these toothbrushes aren't marketed for kids mine LOVE their new toothbrushes!! Which is great because my daughter hated brushing her teeth before, but now she gets excited about it! I also like the way mine make my teeth feel, not harsh on the gums at all, and eco friendly!! I do enjoy these new brushes and I won't be going back to the plastic ones. The only issues I've had with these is that I bought the medium strength bristles and I'm not an aggressive brusher but these don't hold their bristle shape very well. I had to switch out to another brush too fast. Also, I don't know if it's just the brush I got but a lot of the bristles fell out on the 1st use. Like they weren't glued in very well and I had to spit a bunch out of my mouth. Other than those 2 issues I think these are a great alternative to the constant single use plastic ones. I will continue to purchase these.

These bamboo toothbrushes are a good quality & just as good as plastic ones. The bristles in the brush are soft & comfortable in the mouth but hard enough to clean the mouth properly. A great idea to have different colours as each family member knows which one is theirs. Even the price for the toothbrushes is twice as much as what I would pay for plastic ones, I'm happy to pay this knowing it's helping with reducing my plastic usage.

Usually the bristles on bamboo toothbrushes are very hard and bruise my gum. These are soft and the ergonomic curve helps to clean your teeth more gently with great results.

Rep had no idea about where which shipment was going. We bought 2 orders, 1 to Minneapolis, 1 to Ohio. Rep said Ohio was forst delivery when Minneapolis was first, Ohio was a week or 2 later. Many communications over shipping and tracking led to MUCH confusion. Orders were impossible to track. All turned out ok in the end, Ohio got a complimentary order, which was nice.
